All designs at Hoopla Do Designs are protected by copyright. When purchasing designs from Hoopla Do Designs you agree to abide by the copyright laws that protect them. You may stitch these designs on items for personal use. If you plan on selling items Hoopla Do designs are stitched on, you may do so until your item count reaches 300. If you plan on selling more than 300 items that Hoopla Do designs are stitched on, please contact us for further information on commercial purchase. You may not sell, trade or give away the design files themselves or include them in any sets for sale. You may not alter the designs in any way other than to change the colors within the design. The rights to the designs remain with Hoopla Do Designs. All designs will be mailed within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated.
